PRIVACY STATEMENT AS PER ART. 10 OF IT. LAW No. 675/96

In compliance with art. 10 of It. law no. 675/96 on "Protection of persons and other entities as regards the handling of personal data", we hereby inform you that the personal data contained in the present form will be managed, communicated and distributed in full compliance with said law and in compliance with the standards of confidentiality and security that lie at the basis of all Modula s.r.l. activities.
Modula s.r.l. gathers, manages and communicates your personal data solely for the following purposes:
1) For selection purposes.
Your data will be managed by Modula s.r.l. employees and/or professionals changed by Modula s.r.l. to follow up the selection activities that ensure the most prompt, effective matching of supply and demand and working under the direct supervision and responsibility of Modula s.r.l. itself. 2) Your data will also be used for operative purposes, for internal management and, in general, to expedite legal requirements. Your data will be managed for the above-mentioned purposes mainly using automated, computerized means, again in full compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security outlined by law.
The data, or a part thereof, can be communicated to:
- companies belonging to the same Corporate Group as Modula s.r.l., even abroad;
- persons, companies and professional studios that provide assistance and consultation for Modula s.r.l., even if based abroad, with particular, but not exclusive, reference to accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial questions;
- subjects who have the right to access said data as recognized either by law or by order of the authorities.  
In compliance with current standards regarding privacy, we do not intend to manage sensitive data such as those regarding political, religious or philosophical convictions, state of health or information on sexual preferences.
