Modula.
Services.
Serving the customer.
We fix on the big picture, brilliantly overcoming obstacles arising in the various phases of the work (the so-called margin of error). This capacity is ensured by our precise, well-prepared team which keeps constructive dialogue open with the customer's Engineering Office, providing advice on how to achieve the final result. Cooperation is the “key word” for a truly “aboveboard” mode of operation. We actively collaborate with the customer's technical designers and with outside design studios, offering an important opportunity to check the technical and economic feasibility of the finished product.
Modula can also check whether a product will be economically competitive on the market. Experience, professional skill and entrepreneurial spirit: these are the qualities that make Modula so highly competitive on the market; qualities that stem both from ongoing technological growth and precise, accurate service at each and every “step”, all the way to direct shipment to the customer.
We use highly sophisticated computer technologies: ongoing research; use of avant-garde software, including design software using 3D files; professional training of the staff who are accurately prepared to use the new machinery. These are the foundations on which Modula works: utmost precision, responding to the ongoing changes in an ever evolving market.
More recently, Modula has further specialized, its production expanded and diversified with the creation of a new department for the processing of methacrylates, polycarbonates and transparent materials in general (materials that require particular attention on the operator’s part).
This is an expanding market sector generated by the increasing number of demands from customers attuned to design quality. In this phase, called “prototyping”, Modula analyzes each process and collaborates with the customer to scale up the product for industrialization.
Prototype management, the embryonal phase of the project, is therefore useful and necessary to evaluate the individual customer requests and identify any critical phases.
